Glad a few agree on putting Damien Johnson at right back.......but Mr Inept lacks the tactical nous to put him there....for one thing it would open up a slot for Neil Kilkenny and Muzzy Izzet Not likely to happen so I would try Alex Bruce at right back for the last 3 games.....you could then try Tebily in the centre of defence alongside Kenny C as I cannot stand Martin Taylor Oh! Hang on a minute ....WHY OH WHY are we not playing Martin Latka alongside Kenny C ???....was there another injury here i don't know about ???????? Never in my 37 years as a Bluenose have I seen so many WOEFUL defenders in the same team as witnessed today with Taylor,Tebily and Melchiot We could not have picked a WORSE time to lose Matthew Upson long term Melchiot.........looks good going forward but cannot defend to save his life Tebily......I knew those 2 good games he had for us was pure flash in the pan....the guy is mid table Championship best and is consistently a MAJOR liabilty in our back four......his passing is woeful and he cannot even take a LEGAL throw in.........he has plenty of fight ,credit for that but he is found wanting at this level Martin Taylor.......for a man who is 6 feet 5 or 6 inches tall (or close) and weighs around 13 stone he is certainly easy to knock off the ball and he clearly has NO pace at all.........another total liabilty......hate to see his name on the team sheet.... Sorry just does NOT inspire me with confidence......he had had only ONE good game for us and that was against League Two side Torquay.....doesn't that tell you something Oh yes....forgot to mention.....ALL THREE bought to Blues by Mr Bruce ....and Taylor cost us 1.25 million pounds.........it's enough to make you weep ...  I don't know if I can even watch the Everton game....what will Cahill,Mcfadden and Beattie do to us ? |
